International Student Guidance & Mentorship

Available Packages

Please contact us to customize your own package.

The student will receive one-to-one guidance through video-call instruction (up to five 60-minute video-conferencing sessions) and document exchange via e-mail regarding the most crucial elements of the undergraduate college application process. The following services cover up to fifteen schools (UC and USC systems count as two schools each; for additional schools, à la carte services are offered):

  • Résumé Development – The student will be guided in creating a brief résumé (which will also be provided to their teachers for letters of recommendation) that states all of their honors and awards, extracurricular activities, and any other special aspects of their scholastic experience. This information will be used as a starting point on their journey of completing the Common Application and supplementary essays.

  • Intensive Essay Writing Workshops – The process begins by brainstorming with the student in choosing meaningful and authentic topics for the Common Application and any additional supplementary essays. Once topics have been chosen, the student will undergo a multi-process journey in cultivating their unique voice as a writer while learning how to carefully structure their essays, express themselves through perfect English grammar and writing conventions, and letting their identity shine through each composition. Although this is the most time-consuming aspect of the college application process, it is our goal to make this experience as enjoyable as possible.

  • Interview Preparation – Through various college interview simulations (two hours), the student will receive constructive criticism so they will feel poised and confident on the day of their interview.
